0. Preprocessing of RR intervals (RRIntervalPreprocess.m)

This function preprocesses RR interval data in preparation for running HRV analyses. 
Noise and non-normal beats are removed from the RR interval data and replaced with
interpolated data using a interpolation method of choice.
