TO RUN REGRESSION WITH POINT PROCESS INDICES
Open LogReg_propofol_regression_MAIN
Change the parameters in the first section to reflect the conditions you want to use (history or not, mean or median, which question, which covariates, window length, amount of history)
Run the script

TO RECREATE EDA SPECIFIC FIGURES FOR EACH SUBJECT 
Open EDA_deepdive_viz
Run script. It will generate figures for all 9 subjects in order from 1-9.
